Change your profile photo
Your profile photo appears in the top navigation and anywhere your account shows up across Clayo. You can upload, replace, or remove it from your account page.
Upload or replace your photo
- Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the app, then choose Account from the menu.
- In the Profile photo row, click Upload (or Replace if you already have a photo).
- Pick an image from your computer. PNG, JPEG, and WebP files up to 10 MB are supported.
Your new photo appears immediately — there's nothing to save.
Photos are automatically optimized and resized after upload, so feel free to upload a high-resolution image. A square image works best since the photo is displayed in a circle.
Remove your photo
- Go to your account page (avatar menu → Account).
- In the Profile photo row, click Remove.
Once removed, your account falls back to the default avatar.
Troubleshooting
- "Couldn't upload the photo" error — check that the file is a PNG, JPEG, or WebP and under 10 MB, then try again.
- The old photo still shows elsewhere — refresh the page; cached avatars update within a few minutes.
