Docs/Customization
Branding Your Docs Site
Your Clayo docs site is designed to look great out of the box. You can personalize it with a few key brand elements while keeping the clean, consistent Clayo aesthetic.
What you can customize
- Logo — upload your company logo to appear in the docs header
- Accent color — set a brand color used for links, buttons, and highlights
- Project name — displayed in the header and browser tab
What stays consistent
Clayo uses one opinionated design language across all docs sites. Things like typography, spacing, layout, and component styles are shared — this means your docs always look polished without any design work on your end.
There are no custom CSS overrides or full theming engines. This is intentional: it keeps every docs site fast, accessible, and beautiful.
Setting your brand
You can configure your logo and accent color in the Clayo web app under Settings. Changes take effect immediately on your public docs site.
Your docs URL
Your docs are published at yourproject.clayo.app, where yourproject is your project's subdomain. This URL is ready to share with your customers as soon as you publish your first article.
Want your docs on your own domain, like help.yoursite.com? See Setting Up a Custom Domain.
